The information, projections, and AI-generated insights provided by the app are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, investment, or legal advice. 3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the application. CashPilot is a tool that helps you visualize your finances based on your input; we are not responsible for any financial loss or errors resulting from incorrect data entry or reliance on app projections.

4. Data Ownership & Local Storage

You own your data. As a local-first app, your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. CashPilot is not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or loss of backup files.

5. AI Disclaimer

The AI Assistant provides insights based on the local data available. AI-generated advice is experimental and should be verified independently. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI-generated suggestions.

6. "As Is" Service

CashPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the application at any time.

7. Pro Features & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Use of these features is subject to the terms of the respective platform's app store (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
